This week’s Dads4Kids Newsletter is coming to you from the beautiful Tops Conference Centre in Stanwell Tops, New South Wales, where over 90 men have converged for our annual Men’s Leadership Summit. Already, it’s been a wonderful time of focusing on our Father in Heaven and encouraging one another. I’ll update more in the coming weeks, but today I’m honoured to share an exciting announcement regarding the future of Dads4Kids. Please watch the video below.
It’s a challenge to express how thankful I am for my parents, Dads4Kids’ amazing founders Warwick and Alison Marsh. Not only have they set a great example for my siblings and me, and their grandchildren, but their service to men and families across Australia, and the world, over decades is indescribable.
Many hours of work went into creating the exciting announcement video, so I encourage you to share it far and wide, and please join me in thanking God our Father in Heaven for all that He has done and will continue to do through Dads4Kids.
The Summit calls, so I’ve kept this week’s newsletter editorial short and sweet.
Please be assured that as I take on the new role of CEO, the heart of Dads4Kids will continue to beat strong with fresh energy. I’m excited for all that God, our Father in Heaven, has in store for the big-hearted movement founded by the wonderful Warwick and Alison Marsh.
Lovework
As Dad said in the video, the Dads4Kids baton has been passed (and it’s certainly not a walking stick!). It’s the beginning of the next chapter in the continuing story of Dads4Kids Fatherhood Foundation, and I’m excited for the future!
Please share the news with your family and friends, and join me in thanking the amazing Warwick and Alison Marsh for their incredible, faithful service over more than two decades.
My prayer is that Dads4Kids will continue to be part of God’s plan to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, as it says in the Bible in Malachi 4:6. Please consider partnering with us as we continue in this mission.
Yours for Dads4Kids,
Nathaniel Marsh
P.S. Next year’s Men’s Leadership Summit is locked in for 28 – 30 August 2026, and our next Courageous Online Fathering Course commences Thursday evening, 9 October 2025. Please save the dates – more details coming soon!
P.P.S. Thanks to the generous support of amazing Dads4Kids donors, we’re able to send you this Free Email Newsletter. If you enjoy receiving weekly inspiration and encouragement from Dads4Kids, please consider supporting Dads4Kids on a monthly basis.

Awesome! Hallelujah! Congratulations! The video did not open for me.
Congratulations, Nathaniel. Well done to Warwick and Alison. Watching this video brought back many memories or days gone by. I’m sure that Jodie and the girls will be a great encouragement to you, Nat. And that your parents will continue to be a great support. Hugs to you all
Warrick and Alison have layed a solid foundation for dads4kids with deep roots in a rich soil. Now is the time for season of growth. Praying for thick branches that can withstand the stands high winds that bear an abundance of fruit.
Wow! What a legacy that Warwick and Alison have left to now be handed over to another awesome man, Nathaniel Marsh. I first did the Good to Great Fathering course about 10 years ago. What I learned in the course still stays with me to this day. While I’m not perfect, I continue to think about the ways I could do better, and the mindset came from the course. I now look to speak this into the guys at work, who are only starting their fatherhood journey. A thank you for what you have done for fathers across Australia feels very insufficient. My kids have been going to the annual dads for kid’s camp for over 10 years. They continue to talk about the fun times we had going to them and still do. Thankyou Warwick and Alison for what you have achieved. I know you will still be around but just wanted to say a big thankyou from me as a father. I will be praying for Nathaniel as he moves into this new challenge.
